The apartment

All environments have the look of the main postcard from "wonderful town": the beach of Botafogo, the sugar loaf and the Cove of Botafogo that, with their boats, makes up the most beautiful view of the city. Practical and stylish decoration was planned to let cozy and comfortable environments. This modern apartment with living room and kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with Blindex, Hall and laundry area, has been newly renovated and comfortably accommodates up to 4 people with sofa bed in the living room. The building has elevator, security cameras and doorman 12:00 am. The lounge and kitchen integrated have 32 "Led TV, cable TV, internet WiFi, double sofa bed, cabinets, dining table and chairs, cooker, fridge, microwave, electric oven, Blender, Toaster, juicer, Cookware, dishes and utensils, fan of ceiling in living room and the bedroom, black-out curtains, wardrobe, safe and a desk in the room.

House Rules

For security, identify the doorman to get in the building. Strangers are not allowed in the building and not in the apartment. On the way back from the beach please enter the service entrance. In the garage there is a tap to remove the sand before going to the apartment. Please respect the time of silence (between 8:00 pm and 8:00 h). Be careful with the building and the furniture of the apartment. Don't let the ceiling fans and lights on when you leave. The environment thanks! Avoid accidents, check the stove and electric oven before leaving. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, not even in the window. You can smoke on the street, there is no problem with that. Dispose of your trash, accumulated in plastic bags, in a dumpster located in the hallway near the elevators. Try to keep the apartment clean and tidy. The exchange of bed linen and bath is weekly. The housekeeping service request during your stay will be charged and must be scheduled with the host with 1 day in advance. Please inform the host as soon as possible, all occurrences are considered out of the ordinary, for the necessary arrangements.
