Our apartment/STUDIO is quite comfortable, charming, of course, exquisitely decorated with the modernity of the black and white colors, transforming it in an environment that is able to unite the carioca Bohemia with the tranquility and peace of a sweet home that sleeps up to 4 people and has a bedroom with double bed and a separate living room that also has a comfortable futon. Our guests will enjoy every room, completely furnished and equipped, with tvs in the living room and the bedroom, refrigerator, air conditioner in room, cooktop, microwave, washing machine, Internet/WI-FI, linen/table and bath, fully equipped kitchen, equipped with electric coffee machine, Blender, electric sandwich maker, ceiling fan in the room, 24 hour security with doorman and internal security camera, intercom and electronic door entry system.
The apartment is very well located and easily accessible by taxi and public transport points, close to cafes, bars, restaurants and typically cariocas, nightclubs and concerts, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and 24 department stores. Building has no private parking, but it is surrounded by several car parks 24 hours to your surroundings with affordable values.

House Rules
-On arrival the guest will have to fill out a registration form with your information. This form is required to register the names of people who will be in the apartment and allow access to the building;
It is not allowed to have other people in the apartment without the presence of the guest or after the property is unoccupied;
It is expressly forbidden underage visitors in the apartment, unless accompanied by their legal guardians;
-Not allowed movement of people with inappropriate attire in the Hall and in the lobby of the building;
-The owner of the property is already authorized to enter the apartment and remove the belongings on him left, after the check out date of contracted output;
-Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
-Illegal drugs are not permitted in the apartment (criminal liability of the guest);
-Do not leave wet towels on the bed or on the couch;
-In the window cannot be hung clothes, under penalty of a fine to the condo;
-In the case of loss of the key will be charged a one time fee of R $50.00 for making another key (for each key);
-Towels or bed linen should not be used as floor cloths. Improper use will fined R $20.00, per part used. In the apartment there are Floor cloths;
-When exiting turn off air conditioning, tv, ceiling fan, coffee maker, toaster and lights. The Windows must always be closed when leaving the property;
-Do not leave the machine switched on if you're going to leave the apartment;
-Avoid leaving garbage in the apartment to ensure cleanliness. The trashing of the building sits just after the elevator;
-Check In 10:00 (am)/Check Out 8:00 pm (pm). We can make the hours of check in and check out, according to the availability of the apartment/owner.
Important Information:
-Always keep the apartment door closed;
-Do not open the apartment door to strangers. During your stay in the apartment there will be visited by any vendor or service provider. If necessary, we will notify you;
-If you need to speak with the Concierge, which works 12:00 am, use the intercom;
-Fee will be charged for the power consumption of R $10.00 per day, this value must be paid in cash at check in.

The apartment access to world-renowned "Rio Scenarium", the "Carioca da Gema, Lapa" 40° "," Brazil ", Bar" Mangue Seco ", the" New Chapel "among other places to eat, drink, live music and dance, is done on foot. The artistic district of Santa Teresa is, at most, 10 minutes from the apartment. Access can be by foot (ramp), by bus or taxi.
The nearest subway station is the Cinelândia that's about 10/15 minutes walk where are also located the Municipal Theatre, the National Library and the National Museum of fine arts. Near Cinelândia is the business center of the city of Rio de Janeiro.
The Brazilian Academy of letters, the Imperial Palace, the Museum of image and sound, the Museum of modern art (MAM), the Centro Cultural Banco do Brazil (CCBB), the France-Brazil House and the Art Museum of Rio (SEA), among other cultural attractions are all located in the city centre , all of which are easily accessible from the apartment.
