The perfect place to enjoy the beautiful city of Rio de Janeiro, Carnival and new year's Eve. I want you to feel at home. I'll be there to welcome you at the apartment and provide all important information. A double room with bathroom (ensuite) and a second single bedroom with small bathroom x 0.90 0.80. Living room with dining table and five chairs, double sofa bed broadband internet (wi-fi) and cable TV, fans. Kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, Blender, juicer, coffee maker etc. The service area for washing and drying clothes easily. We will provide bed linen and towels, beach chairs, and extra mattresses. Feel at home with liberty and tranquility. Be polite and respectful. Enjoy all that Rio has to offer, be happy. Keep the House clean and organized for your comfort maaior. Observe the norms of condominium which includes a contract with all guests and copy of the documents in the lobby.

Location in Flamengo, Rio De Janeiro

Next to the subway and with many bus lines to every town, makes it easy to watch samba school parades and new year's Eve, vizitar Corcovado, sugar loaf. The apartment is next to the subway people special new year's Eve ticket co Flamengo, a traditional middle-class neighborhood in Rio that is convenient, safe and charming. The apartment is close to restaurants, bars, pizzerias, fast food shops, cinemas, malls and supermarkets (including one on the front that serves breakfast, Japanese food and has a ATM). The district also has one of the most beloved and most traditional restaurants of Rio de Janeiro, called Cafe, and one of the best steakhouses in town (traditional churrascarias), called Majórica. Eight-minute walk from the Flamengo Park, a huge recreation area by the sea, perfect for the Office or relaxing, which has beautiful scenery and excellent views of the Sugar Loaf Mountain and the Christ the Redeemer Statue. The beautiful beaches of Ipanema, Leblon and Copacabana are only a 15-minute journey by bus and in five minutes by taxi you can arrive in Lapa, traditional Bohemian nightlife Center of the River, full of bars and live music, including many samba clubs. Garage building next to 35.00/12 hrs -------------------- The 12-minute taxi ride from the Maracana Stadium, the apartment is in Flamingo, the traditional middle-class Rio de Janeiro neighbourhood that is convenient, safe and charming. It is calmer than Copacabana or Ipanema, but still has plenty to do. The apartment is close to restuarants, bars, pizzerias, fast food outlets, cinemas, shopping malls and supermarkets (including one in front that serve breakfast, Japanese food and has a cash point/ATM). The neighbourhood also has one of Rio's most traditional and best-loved restuarants, called Cafe, and one of the city's top steak houses (traditional barbecue restaurants), called Majórica. An eight-minute walk from Flamengo Park, a huge beach-side leisure area, perfect for exercise or relaxing, that boasts beautiful landscapes and great views of Sugarloaf Mountain and the Christ the Redeemer statue. The beautiful beaches of Ipanema, Leblon and Copacabana are just a 15-minute subway or bus ride away, and in five minutes by taxi you can arrive in Lapa, Rio's traditional bohemian nightlife centre, packed with lively bars and live music, inlcuding many samba clubs.
