THE SPACE: Functional Studio in Lapa, with strategic location for tourism and business, less than two blocks from the Arcos da Lapa. Ideal for those who come on holiday to two or even for those who come to the River to work, because it is very close to the Centre (less than 15 minutes walking to the Cinelândia). Cozy, this apartment can accommodate 2 PEOPLE (double bed) on the mezzanine, and a 3rd person on sofa bed. Amenities: Very clear and well ventilated place, receives natural light all day (morning sun) . Air conditioning, TV/monitor, internet WiFi. . Private bathroom with electric shower. . Mini kitchen with 2 Electric burners cooker, microwave, fridge and utensils for the preparation of breakfast and small meals . Chest of drawers for clothes CHECK IN: . For your own safety, all guests must deliver a copy of your documents at check in. Visits should also be identified.
