Super Recomendo!!!
Estive hospedada neste apto com minha família em Janeiro/2018 e realmente superou nossas expectativas. Estava exatamente como nas fotos, tudo limpo e funcionando perfeitamente, a negociação com o proprietário Gilberto correu tudo de forma tranquila, pessoa corretíssima, os porteiros todos muito gentis, apto muito bem localizado, tudo pertinho, enfim adoramos e pretendemos voltar em breve.

Excelente apartamento, completo, muito confortável e bem localizado, tudo muito acessível não precisei de carro. Apto novo com móveis e utensílios em perfeito estado. Lugar muito tranquilo e condomínio acolhedor. Proprietário muito prestativo e simpático. Recomendo.
