House Rules

Remove all the garbage on the way out, let the House like the met, with the appliances off and dry, open cabinets, Windows with only the shutters closed, and respect the good customs of the neighborhood.

Location in Praia Grande, Ubatuba

On the outskirts of the property have markets, bakeries, bars, pizzerias, a tiny, pharmacies, shopping mall kiosks, etc. As the apartment is very close to the beach big businesses facing the beach are within easy reach, just need to take the car out of the garage.
