Comfortable apartment in the best location of the city street, having around all the major tourist attractions: Imperial Museum, Bohemia, Santos Dumont House, St. Teresa, and more. You do all these walks. Building with 2 lifts and 24-hour concierge. Flat well fitted. Wireless Internet. Room with a large window facing the street, with TV, a double bed, bunk bed and dresser. Minibar, kitchen with cooker 2 burners and microwaves. Bathroom renovated with blindex box. The STUDIO 103 is bright, spacious and comfortable. The room has a double bed, bunk bed, TV, chest of drawers large and mini bar. Large window with shutters. Wireless Internet. American kitchen with a table with two chairs, 2 stove burners, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, toaster and Blender. Basic utensils and kitchen table. The location could not be better: the STUDIO 103 is in the heart of the historic centre of Petrópolis. Around the apartment, in a radius of 700 metres, you can reach on foot the Imperial Museum, the factory of Beer (Bohemia), Teresa Street, the Casa de Santos Dumont, São Pedro de Alcântara Cathedral, the Palacio de Cristal, the wax museum, the Taste and the Yellow Palace , the Natural Park of the Ipiranga and other tourist attractions. In addition, on the street and nearby you enjoys wide range of restaurants, fast food restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and Bodegas. To facilitate your roadmap in the apartment you will receive a map with the tips and tourist attractions of the surrounding area.

O apartamento é ótimo. O ponto é super central, possibilitando muitas atividades a pé. O Sidney é extremamente gentil e agradável e esteve sempre pronto para auxiliar no que precisamos. Voltaremos.

Imóvel sujo e roupa de cama com cabelos

Aluguei o imóvel por 8 dias, mas quando cheguei fiquei decepcionada com o apartamento. Estava com muita poeira, a roupa de cama suja e com cabelos, o pano de prato sujo e a bucha de lavar louça com cabelos. A internet não funcionava!

A hóspede teve comportamento pouco usual e não concordamos com o comentário deixado, seja quanto à sujeira, seja quanto à internet. O pano de prato foi trocado. As roupas de cama e banho disponíveis eram novas. Havia outras peças na gaveta da cômoda, também novas e embaladas. Ela reclamou de bronquite após a primeira noite. Compramos novos edredons. A internet é um serviço prestado pela empresa Tech Cable, que teve problemas no fim de semana (a interrupção do serviço no município foi inclusive matéria de jornal) - e durou 3 dias, não 8. No período sem sinal, oferecemos (e a hóspede usou) a internet do nosso escritório, no andar debaixo do Studio 103. Após sua saída, identificamos que a cômoda (nova, entregue pela loja no dia da entrada da hóspede) estava rabiscada e sulcada. Cobre-leito, cadeiras forradas de tecido, lençóis - todos rabiscados com hidrocor. Estado de sujeira constrangedor. Concedemos um late check out, sem limite de horário, gratuito para a hóspede, para minimizar o inconveniente do problema temporário da internet, e ela pediu um retorno em dinheiro, o que não concedemos, por improcedente. Recebemos hóspedes de todo o Brasil em nossas unidades.

Alugamos esse apto qdo fomos a Petropolis ,e gostamos muito. excelente localização para quem vai fazer compras . Perto de bares, padaria, lavanderia , enfim vc resolve td sem precisar de carro. Os proprietários ( Sidney e Ana ) foram super atenciosos e educados . Com certeza voltaremos..
