The room, facing the Woods, has a double bed, bunk bed, TV, large closet with drawers and clothes rack, shelf, table with 2 chairs and ceiling fan. Large window with blackout curtain, facing the Woods. Wireless Internet. Cable tv. Kitchen with large refrigerator, oven, cooker 4 burners, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, toaster and Blender. Basic utensils and kitchen table. Bathroom renovated with blindex box. Intercom. The apartment is on the fourth floor in a building with 2 elevators modernized, and 24 hour concierge staff. Our Office is on the ground floor of the building itself, which is residential (the exception is the mezzanine, with just two rooms). Check in is done in our Office, where we received guests and the follow up to the apartment.

The location could not be better: the FLAT 407 is in the heart of the historic centre of Petrópolis. Around the apartment, in a radius of 700 metres, you can reach on foot the Imperial Museum, the factory of Beer (Bohemia), Teresa Street, the Casa de Santos Dumont, São Pedro de Alcântara Cathedral, the Palacio de Cristal, the wax museum, the Taste and the Yellow Palace , the Natural Park of the Ipiranga and other tourist attractions. In addition, on the street and nearby you enjoys wide range of restaurants, fast food restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and Bodegas. To facilitate your roadmap in the apartment you will receive a map with the tips and tourist attractions of the surrounding area.
