ATTENTION: NO MORE AVAILABILITY FOR NEW YEAR'S EVE Large house with 04 rooms and Maid. A bright environment, architecture focused on functionality, comfort and good taste in environments. Air-conditioned, ventilated, full kitchen, pool, on a plot of 800 m 2. The House has all the comfort and facilities structure we set up owners with all the affection the guests ' disposal. However, we require a suitable profile, a pattern selected guests, familiar and in tune with the environment of peace, tranquility and respect that we have in our House, in the gated community where this is located. We have Wi-fi, Nespresso coffee maker, all appliances (TV, stereo, freezers, refrigerators, barbecue with giratorios skewers on gourmet area etc.), as well as a maid who works with us, to be in place of the 8:00 the 5:00 pm daily, exclusively for cleaning and tidying of the environments and other necessary care to the property. Guests therefore should take responsibility for the appropriate use of the property and all items available for use, through guarantee (surety) established and being delivered at check in. The home features visible SECURITY CAMERAS and geared to the outdoor area and the pool, used exclusively for local security issues. The condominium is closed, with box of identification and access. We have the flexibility to schedule of check in and check out. However, the end-of-year periods (Christmas/new year's Eve) and long holidays (Carnival and Holy week) are beyond the value offered to normal daily and should be traded for packages or independent values and for periods previously.
