Location in Mosqueiro, Aracaju

The property is within the city boundaries of Aracaju, a town crossed by rivers, and bathed by the Atlantic Ocean. With that, the condo that keeps the property is close to the drainage of the vaza-barris in the ocean. A sparsely populated region with some luxury condos and some villages, where you can find products of basic necessity and fish in General (fresh), no spices and products of emporiums. For that would have to cover at least 20 km to find in the city centre. With a federal highway police station, 200 m from the entrance to the condo and the SAMU, and 100 m from the new bridge over the river Vasa-barrels that became the main access to the South coast beaches (such as the beach bag and mangue seco) and the city of salvador, even more easy.
