The house

Two-storey house, with infrastructure and furnished, water cistern and a maximum pump pressure. Two large rooms. 4 bedrooms, 2 suites with a double bed and two single beds and cabinets, another room with 3 single beds and the other with 2 bunk beds and 2 single beds and wardrobe, and 6 more people sleep on mattresses, which is the responsibility of each , 4 bathrooms in total and all with blindex. The kitchen and breakfast nook fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room. Large pool, barbecue and slots for 8 cars, 2 balconies around the House with panoramic view of the whole pond, total tranquility, the 1 hour and 50 minutes from the river. Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, bus stop, a gas station and the gas all around, 5 minutes from the Centre of Araruama, 10 minutes from the beach and 45 minutes to dry other beaches, Búzios Cabo Frio and Arraial do Cabo. NOTE: the check-in time from 10:00 hs and checked out at 17:00.

Observations

House Rules

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the House, throwing cigarette butts on the floor or in the garden, play seals of the beer cans on the floor or around the House or in the pool, getting wet inside the House, go in the pool with sunscreen or hair cream that can leave the cloudy water and will be unfit for bathing and damage the garden. Pets (if any) must be reported before the landlord and cannot urinate or defecate inside the House is the responsibility of the person in charge not to let that happen. Beer and soft drinks cans or pet bottles, leftovers should be packed in black trash bags or in plastic bags and placed next to the kitchen door when on the date of your departure, are the responsibility of the responsible. The House will be handed over clean and must be returned clean.
