The property is located on the beach Alegre. Beach bike path, promenade and all necessary infrastructure. Walking to the beach: 2 minutes. Beach ideal for children. Where you have pirate boat ride (schooner), kayak rental, stand up. During the summer leisure activities and sports such as aerobics, zumba, volleyball, football, etc on the beach for free. Close to the airport of Navegantes (16 km-30 minutes by car), Beto Carrero World Park (7 km -11 minutes drive) and main cities.

House Rules
HOSTING RULES:
* The rates start to hs and 14:00 close to 11:00 hs the next day, after this time will be charged the value of more daily until 18:00 .5 h and daily after 1 h 18:00 (see what's described in the lease).
* We ask the guests to turn off the lights and shut off all electrical equipment when they leave the property, otherwise we will disconnect the power.
* We do not accept cheques, payments shall be made in cash.
(S) (s) must be paid on arrival of the guest, i.e. during check-in, and in the case of long stays, 50% deposit in advance and 50% rest on arrival, check-in.
* Visits may be received on the property, but it is forbidden to stay overnight.
* The property offers free limited garage for 3 slots, therefore is not responsible for damage, theft or robbery of vehicles and also does not guarantee slots to all guests.
* We accept small animals upon compliance with the regulation below:
. Bring bed and bed linen of the animal;
. Bring animal feed;
. Cleaning of animal waste;
. Do not leave the animal alone in the building.
* No nails in the walls, modify the provisions of the furniture.
* According to the law, must be kept quiet from the 22:00 hours.
* Damage to or loss of property objects will be added to guest account. What exists in the property is referenced and under the responsibility of the guest.
* Clothes and forgotten objects on the property will be stored by 03 (three) weeks, after this time will the destiny that suitable.
* The owner reserves the right to prevent access on the property of people who might compromise the good reputation of the property.
* Cleaning and organizing of the property is the responsibility of the guest, regardless of the hosting period.
* We provide cleaning service of the property (optional) R $150.00 per day.
* We don't serve breakfast. There are bakeries and restaurants near the property.
* Treat as your House and preserve your belongings.
* Not for large groups and parties.
* Do not jump on the beds, because spoil springs and rocks and not sit with roupasde wet bath on couches and beds.
* Do not use (water) hose for washing cars.
* Respect neighbors.
DAMAGE TO THE BUILDING AND OBJECTS (GOODS) WILL BE CHARGED.

Tudo ótimo. Casa limpa e bem cuidada Pertinho de padaria e mercado pertinho da praia alegre excelente para crianças. Com certeza voltaremos outras vezes na mesma praia e na mesma casa..kkkk

Chegamos no dia 21 de dezembro, a Otacilia já nos esperava. Casa muito limpa, bem cuidada. Aconchegou muito bem a todos ,( os 11), rsrsr. Otacilia muito prestativa. Foram 15 dias maravillhosos! Recomendo.

Maravilhosas férias!!! Fomos muito bem recebida pela Tati, (proprietária) sempre muito bem atenciosa ,nos deu suporte em tudo que precisamos. A casa muito bem limpa, arejada, os utensilio domésticos, as camas, banheiro.. bem limpos. Perto te supermercado, padarias, farmácias, pizzarias, lojas e o melhor , ao lado da praia, é só atravessar a rua . O bairro é bem tranquilo. enfim ...super indico.
