Muito Bom imóvel! Imóvel em condomínio fechado com portaria bem seguro, vizinhança tranquila! Apartamento atendeu bem as expectativas! Só não me adaptei a cama, muito dura! Proprietário pontual, Boa recepção! No mais foi tudo como o combinado! Voltaria com certeza!
