House in quiet street to 1 km from the beach and 6 km from the Centre of the city of Peruibe, with trade Web, balcony with barbecue. Fully independent, with separate entrance and private garage for up to 3 cars. Has Internet wi-fi (on the balcony) and monitoring by cameras.
