Has 2 LARGE SUITES with Queen-size beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, cabinets, TV/DVD, private balcony (we can put an auxiliary bed, if necessary) 2 BATHROOMS of the suites has internal garden, soaking tub, solar heating and hygienic shower .. TOILET with toilet, shower, hygienic and internal garden. Full kitchen SERVICE AREA we have the use of washing machine VERANDA with couches, hammocks and dining table with benches Parking for car We offer cleaning service 3 times a week (new year's Eve period is done daily), clothes of bed and bath of excellent quality, smart TV and cable and wi-fi + full CHALET very charming and cozy in the same property but totally private with independent entrance. Ideal for 1 couple, but accommodates two more people if necessary. House Rules

We do not allow parties in the House because the neighborhood is residential, but shall be respected hours of good custom. Allow the presence of small animal as long as it is agreed in advance and the lessee is fully responsible for any damage caused. Check in and check out should be made within business hours. If you need a time out it is necessary to query better organisation and reception. Not require deposit check but any damage caused during the time of found hosting check out the lessee undertakes to pay for it.

The House lies about 1 km from Praia dos Coqueiros -So close the House passes the Trancoso River which forms a basin to bathe. -On the square (historic) you find beautiful and sophisticated boutiques, bars, restaurants with typical and international food houses. -Indescribable beauty of the landscape seen from the Belvedere, behind the Church of Saint John-down the cliff if dazzles the wonderful beaches of Trancoso. _ _ YOU'LL LOVE!!
