recomendo A casa fica em um local tranquilo (cheio de predios ao redor e rua cheio de casas chiques com moradores) e muito bem localizado (em 2 quarteirões tem: mini mercado com ótimo pão, restaurante com ótima comida / barata e a noite pizzaria ótima...além do banco e correios que me salvaram em salvar para pagar uma conta que esqueci de pagar. O mercado Extra fica a 5 minutos a pé), a praia fica pertinho, da calçada da casa da pra ver o calçadão, na mesma direção da rua da casa, na praia, tem o posto 5 do corpo de bombeiros, salva vidas na areia e parquinho com muitos brinquedos, fez a alegria da minha criançada. A comodidade é muito boa, tudo bem limpo, iluminado, não tem cheiro de mofo como outras casas que já fiquei, quase não vi pernilongo... Decidimos cozinhar e encontramos todos os utensílios que precisamos para fazer uma refeição, não sentimos falta de nada. Só a sala que faz falta um ventilador, é pouco abafado com os 30 graus que pegamos nos dias de hospedagem.

excelente Agradeço pela ótima hospedagem que tivemos. Realmente tudo que está é real, ele tem cuidado em clocar tudo e ser detalhista para não pegar nada de surpresa, já tivemos em outra casa que no anúncio dizia uma distancia da praia pela metade da distancia real, além de fotos desatualizadas. O Diogo é filho dos donos e foi tudo tranquilo na negociação, contrato e entrada. A casa estava limpa, tv pegava todos canais digitais, 2 geladeiras que realmente funcionam, camas e chuveiros boas. Recebemos a casa bem limpa. Com certeza eu e minha familia voltaremos. Agradeço
