House Rules
1) no smoking! On the porch, gardens and street has no problem some smoke, but to not smoke in the House, even in the window.
2) Respects the time of silence (10:00 pm). Always good sense should prevail.
3) do not leave the lights on and air conditioning turned on when you leave. The environment and I thank you!
4) when entering and leaving the condo check if the gate is closed, for your and everybody's safety.
5) is not allowed the entry of outsiders in the condo. Please match me in advance.
6) the number of guests and of slots for vehicles is combined in advance and should be respected.
7) try not to change the place because it facilitates and streamlines your own checkout.
8) be sure to warn in case of any accidental breakage. Preferably, replace with similar before returning the keys.
9) is not allowed animals regardless of race or size.
