Sobrado Masonry, the upper floor is a unique space with two rooms divided by mobile (3X8m more or less) floor wooden floor with 1 double bed, wardrobe and two single mattresses on pallet + with 1 bathroom and downstairs has 1 toilet, living room combined with kitchen with f, Bookshelf, closet, stove, fridge, table with 4 chairs. Great for resting, but for those who prefer excitement, is close to Lagoa da Conceição which offers sick food, bars and nightclubs with leisure activities, artistic and entertainment. House Rules

No depositing objects, and absorbent papers down the toilet. No deposit solid waste in the kitchen sink. Recommended care for plants and flowers. Recommended separate the Trash: public collection of organic waste and is made on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The recycling on Tuesdays. Watch out for children: ladder
