The cottage

With a right foot from 6 meters, the brick wall gives a special Tuscan style air. All very tasteful and a decoration made with parts coming from various voyages of the owner. The warmth of the waterfall and the internal garden give the charm that complete with the indescribable view of the sunset, which enters the room. Are 4 large suites and one bedroom. Like 4 of these are located on the ground floor, is a House with accessibility. Only the master suite is on the first floor. The terrain is a great invitation to peace, with a view to kill, and the company of animals like the land and the rabbits and birds. In addition, the annex located next to the main house, has a spa and a games room with ping-pong table. The football and volleyball court complete the fun with the trampoline. The pool is flat, with little beach that lets you put the chairs in the water. The fun continues in the pool when the biriboll network is installed.

House Rules

Close the ombrellone and collect the padding out of the pool in house of winds and rain. Lock and delete internal and external lights at bedtime. Pets are welcome but please be so kind as to not go up on couches and beds.

Location in Jardim Novo Mundo, Itu

The condo offers complete leisure. The tennis courts are of clay and 2 of them are lit. The equestrian offers classes and tours. The strong point is the Academy of golf from Jack Nicklous featuring an innovation in the footage to improve your performance. The children's recreation happens on the weekends and holidays. The pilates exercise classes and functional on Sundays and holidays. The Academy of bodybuilding is available until the 21:00.
