House on 1200 m2 area near the beach in the 2nd District of Cabo Frio, with swimming pool, lawn, gourmet area with barbecue, balcony around the House, coconut trees around, fruit, lots of space, great for social gatherings, main house with 3 bedrooms, doors in Plexiglas with independent outputs for a balcony suite, spacious living room, kitchen, 30000 litres tank, two double beds (box Springs), 12 waterproof mat and anti-acaro d33, two single beds, a furnished room with built-in cabinets, living room complete with two seats and three seats, four wooden lounge chairs, 3 two tvs and a led, horizontal and two vertical freezer refrigerators being a brastemp duplex frost free, buffet for 20 people, complete utensils, appliances, coffeemakers, Blender, sandwich maker, ceiling fans in all rooms, air conditioning in living room and in one of the rooms and air of wall in the suite, all in blindex

muito bom

imovel bom, precisa de atenção quanto aos utensilios da cozinha, a praia é ruim, tbm estranhei a forma de cobrança de agua e luz que é separado do valor de locação, fora isso aproveitei bastante a estadia, com certeza voltarei mais vezes..
