Conceived in the years 70 by construtora Odebretch, towns of the Atlantic was the first planned community of Bahia. Inspired by the villages of Europe, was seen as a?? for middle-class summer and medium-high. The few Villages became residential and is currently one of the most important districts of the North Coast and has a number of services such as hospitals, clinics, schools, bars, restaurants, petshops, equestrian and tennis clubs, colleges. Dona do imóvel gerou conflito Em meio ao meu evento, a dona do imóvel compareceu várias vezes com o decibelímetro, fazendo a medição do som, sendo que não passava do limite estabelecido, o que gerou bastante desconforto e constrangimento.
