Here you still have easy access to the beaches: Porpoises, Tam, Red from the Centre, cedar and only 100 m from the Praia Grande.
You can also stroll through the charming Street, go to the Tamar project, Aquarium and boat departures or schooner to the islands of Cabbage or several treks, Anchieta, sports in General.

-Respect the time of silence (10:00 pm-8:00) the neighbors must be respected;
-Parties are not allowed;
-We ask you kindly not to smoke inside the fit, just on the porch;
-Are allowed small pets up to 20 pounds and you don't bother the neighborhood (maximum two);
It is not allowed access to visitors from outside the group who are renting the fit;
-Please always place scraps of food or garbage in the dumpster of the street;
-Guests must keep fit clean and ensure your preservation;
-Use water and light with a conscience.
-Respect the rules of the condo that are visible in the common areas of the building to ensure a pleasant and respectful coexistence with neighbors;

The Large Beach is almost 2 km long with fine sand and beat.
Appeals primarily by your proximity to the city centre with excellent infrastructure for tourism.
Praia Grande beach is a very democratic: pleases surfers due to its great waves, families by its crystal clear waters where children can play in the shallows and seaside sports, adults in General for being close to the Centre and have easy access to just about everything.
On the beach you can rent chairs, umbrellas, surfboards, tents, do surf lessons, hiking or sit at the kiosk and enjoy the sea breeze.
