Our apartment is located within a gated community the 70mts. of the sea in the charming Bay of João Fernandes, paradisiacal site, with transparent and calm waters, ideal for snorkeling and diving with an abundant fauna marina.
The Beach Bill with kayaking, banana boat, water taxi, boat rides, and a large number of beach restaurants of excellent quality.
On foot, you can get the beaches of Bones, Azeda and Azedinha, and Orla Bardot to Rua das Pedras (tourist, commercial and gastronomic Center of the Shell.)
Description of the apartment
The Apartment is located in a gated community, family and facing the sea, just 70 meters from the beautiful beach of João Fernandes, with common area with swimming pool, Sauna, tables and chairs with wonderful views of the Bay and the sunset at sea.
APARTMENT of approx. 35 m2, with air COND. SPLIT ... composed of:
-1 bedroom with double bed and single bed (with way to place but a mattress stripped), closet, TV flat screen
-Equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave, Blender, pots, etc.)
-BALCONY with table and chairs.
-Complete bathroom.
-The property has parking space in the condominium
RATES:
-TX ELECTRICITY is charged at the output power per KW, if the meter is in property, consumer brand is 7 kw, the amount charged will be of 7 R$)
-TX FINAL CLEANING is charged 80 R$ for CLEANING of APART. IN THE OUTPUT OF THE TENANT.
COMMENTS:
-CHECK-IN. ... From 13:00 CHECK-OUT ... UNTIL the 10 HS
-SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE BUILDING
-PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
-PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED.

- Na saída será cobrado o consumo da eletricidade conforme marque o relógio medidor que está na porta do imóvel para controle do hospede ( se consume 10 kw, vai pagar 15 r$ ).
- Não são permitidas festas no imóvel nem no condomínio.
- Não são permitidas mais pessoas que as indicadas no pedido de reserva sem pagar custo adicional.
- Não são permitidas festas. Horário de silencio das 22 hs ate as 08 hs.
- Não são permitidas mascotes.
- Não é permitido fumar, nem usar ferro de passar.

FOI TUDO OTIMO.O ÚNICO INCONVENIENTE FOI ENCONTRAR OS TRAVESSEIROS MOFADOS. PPOR SORTE TINHA LEVADO OS MEUS. FORA ISSO O APTO ESTAVA LIMPO E ORGANIZADO.
