? For cleaning the apartment please leave the key at the reception until 12:00 hrs (noon), otherwise the cleaning will not be performed. Bath linen is changed every 2 days and bed every 3 days. Daily clothes Exchange there will be additional charge per piece;
? When leaving the Hotel, we ask you kindly to deliver the room key at the front desk, because the loss of same will result in replacement costs;
? No movement in swimsuits or underwear in the corridors and communal areas of the Hotel;
? Laundry services from 10 pieces, please do not insist;
? No stay of people who are not hosted inside the apartments, or extra cars in the parking lot, under penalty of additional daily charge;

? After the 22:00 hrs we ask you kindly to remain silent in the apartments, hallways and other common areas. If not respected the norm, guests will be asked to withdraw from the Hotel;
? Is strictly vetoed the use of any drug in the interior of the Hotel, INCLUDING the interior of the apartments. If it is realized or the use of any illegal substance, the responsible bodies will be immediately activated and you will be asked that guests leave the Hotel without refund already paid for the stay;
? It is expressly forbidden the consumption of CIGARETTES, CIGARILLOS, CIGARS, HOOKAHS or any other product, derived SMOKE tobacco or not, inside the Hotel, INCLUDING the interior of the apartments, as law 13,541 of 07 May 2009;
? We ask that you avoid abuse with the use of water and light. Where it is absent from the apartments, we ask that you turn off TV, air conditioning and lights out. If they are perceived connected devices or lights on unnecessarily, a Hotel employee will be authorized to access the apartment to shut them down;
? The trays provided during breakfast and diner services must be placed in the wrong dish when you are no longer in use;
? Forbidden play toilet paper, tampons, diapers and other objects inside the toilet;
? It is not allowed to pass through Windows of the volumes and baggage rooms;
? Forbidden to hang clothes and putting objects on the Windows of the bedrooms and bathrooms;
? The apartment must be vacated until the time of check out, otherwise the value will be charged for another day. If perchance the guest is not present in the Hotel, your belongings will be removed from the room. To extend the stay is necessary to confirm availability and pay at reception;
