Apartment located in Martin de Sá Beach, the most famous of Caraguatatuba. 03 apartment bedrooms being 01 suite, living room, kitchen, balcony, bathroom, laundry room, garage slots 02-furnished. Building with elevator. Kitchen utensils, microwave, washing machine, ceiling fan in the living room, kitchen and bedrooms. Air conditioning in living room and bedrooms, 2 TVs. Allowed the use of common areas of the condominium: swimming pool, barbecue, Sauna, Gym, tennis court and Child Space. Apartment Sea Front. Close the bakeries, convenience, kiosks, restaurants, supermarket.

Observations

House Rules

-The apartment is for maximum of 08 people; It is not allowed the entry of animals for renters; -The air conditioner should be used with the door closed addiction; -Remove the excess sand before putting clothes in the washing machine; -Don't throw wet on the beds and sofas; -Should not be hanging clothes and towels on the balcony of the apartment; -Do not change the layout of the furniture; -The key of the apartment will be delivered on time of entry as recorded in the authorization to enter the apartment by Mr. Odair (12-997698964) in the lobby of the building, which will also be the presentation of the apartment; -At the end of the lease of the property will be held the survey by Mr. Odair (12-997698964) at the time of the output as recorded in the authorisation of entry into the apartment with the presence of the person in charge of the lease. If there is need to precede the output report the owner of fit (Mr. Clayton or Mr. Odair). Any damage caused to the property or the furnitures should be repaired by the lessee to Mr. Odair.

Eu e minha família adoramos o apartamento, muito bem conservado, vista maravilhosa e a praia é excelente, pertinho de tudo, com certeza voltaremos assim que possível!! Estadia em Caragua Boa tarde, Senhor Clayton Venho através desta demonstrar minha total satisfação em relação a estadia em seu apartamento. Fomos muito bem atendidos pelos funcionários e as acomodações são excelentes, sem contar a vista que é maravilhosa. Voltarei o mais breve possível. Ótimo apto e local Boa tarde Sr. Clayton. Quero agradecer pela gentileza com que nos tratou durante minha estada em seu apto durante o período que fiquei no mês de julho e que o mesmo superou minhas expectativas. Apto frente mar e em uma ótima localização da Martin de Sá, mobília em excelente estado e os funcionários do prédio são maravilhosos. Já quero reservar para outubro. Obrigada.
