Mobiliado com utensilios basicos, basta trazer roupa de cama mesa e banho.

Frente p mar da principal avenida da cidade, proximo ao shopping e comercio local.

Helpful host. Marcelo met us as promised and introduced us to the flat. He went out of his way to escort us to the local supermarket to show us where it was and then later actually picked us up and took us shopping for bedding - we didn't read the information correctly and just looked at the pictures of all the nice bedding in the apartment, so extremely grateful for this. Our only hiccup was on check out when we expected to check-out at 9.45am after making arrangements but due to the bad weather this was changed without us knowing, setting our departure a little late. Apart from this, a good host.

Disappointing accommodation. Pictures look great but the experience didn't really match. The poolside area is run down and all the loungers were missing their bases so out of use. On the roof is a shared area but used frequently by the condominium owners daughter and friends it seems, all very friendly but not really comfortable. The apartment seemed just a bit grimey and there were a few faults, alarm setting off on freezer and water purifier leaking. (We didn't actually report at the time) but there just seems a lack of attention to detail and upkeep in the apartment. We would not say this was value for money.
