The Duplex is available as follows: on the ground floor is kitchen with all utensils and basic appliances + room with TV + air-conditioned double bedroom + bathroom + laundry room and a balcony. Top floor we have 1 suite with balcony + 1 + 1 room suite, all with air conditioning. Distance to the sights of Barra Grande: There are condo 500mts is located the famous natural pools of Taipu de Fora + girls Tents and Tent of the Buddha. There are 3 km from the village of Barra Grande where have access to restaurants and bars. There are 5 km from the famous sunset of Ponta do Mutá. Recommendations:-capacity for 8 adults + 2 children up to 11 years. -Pets are not allowed as much on the outside of the condo, as inside the apartment. -Only Sound environment inside the apartment. Values: from April to August: $300.00 per day September and October: R$350,00 per day March and November: $400.00 per day December, January and February: the daily R$450,00 Holidays, new year's Eve and Carnival.
