The apartment

Large and airy apartment with sea views, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, digital TV, smart TV in the living room and the bedroom (suite), gas barbecue, in building with lift and a covered garage parking space. Condo with pool. Equipped with basic kitchen utensils (dishes, cutlery, pots, trays, etc.), blender and juicer, fridge, cooker 4 burners duplex. Iron, ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room. Rooms: Suite: 1 2 double beds. Room: 2 double beds. We also have apartments in Prainha or 150 m from the beach with 1, 2 or 3 rooms. * You will need to bring bedding, bathing suit and towel. * RATES HIGH SEASON (15/12 to 20/02)-daily value: R $550.00 + a one time fee of the housecleaning of R $100.00. Minimum number of 5 a day. SEASON AVERAGE (20/02 to 30/03)-daily value: R $450.00 + a one time fee of housecleaning. Low season (01/04 to 14/12)-daily value: R $400.00 + a one time fee of housecleaning. HOLIDAYS-daily value: R $450.00 + a one time fee of housecleaning. Packages-new year and Carnival.

Location in Praia Grande, Arraial Do Cabo

Located facing the beach, with easy access to the Centre (markets, restaurants and pharmacies) and other city beaches of Arraial do Cabo. And may also enjoy the nightlife that takes place on the edge of the Large Beach-Arraial do Cabo.

MARAVILHOSO!!!!!!!! Fomos no feriado do dia 15 de Novembro 2019 e família ficou no apartamento da praia Grande Simplesmente M A R A V I L H O S O a estrutura do condomínio é ótima dispõe de elevador,piscina,sauna...em frente a praia praia Grande de maneira que da varanda vê a praia, a localização é ótima.O apartamento super aconchegante muito bem estruturado ,equipado perfeito. Quem nos recebeu foi a Maria...que amor de pessoa muiiiiiiito atenciosa, simples nos recebeu com tanto carinho que não tenho palavras para agradecer. MUITO OBRIGADA MARIA você é 10. Super recomendo não só pelo excelente condomínio mas também pelos proprietários em especial como já disse a Maria pessoa simples e honesta. Voltarei com certeza.
