Bathrooms with granite countertop and retirement box blindex. Deck with BBQ (grills and skewers) and pool. Volleyball/soccer soccer field. Deep well. Can be rented for weekends, or season events. Common weekends R $600; Week of 7 days R $900; Monday to Thursday R $100 per day (min. 2); Christmas R $800; New year's Eve R $2,500; Carnival R$ 3,500; Holy week R $1,000. Other times, upon request. Muito bom Imóvel muito bom...perto da praia. O Eduardo muito prestativo. O imóvel não tinha TV assim que falei com ele o mesmo providenciou. Só não tinha camas suficiente para as 14 pessoas. Mas falei com ele e ele se dispôs a comprar mais colchões. O zelador e sua esposa sempre muito prestativos.
