A House with a garden just for you beside the main point of Santa Teresa, Largo dos Guimarães. There's a good space, where you can save about 3 cars, and access, which is independent, is an automated gate. Consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a balcony garden-integrated and two annexes: a kitchen and a bathroom, both with access by external covered area containing mini laundry. The room is simple and is not great. The air conditioning and the internet are good. The good of the House is the balcony with the networks, the trees, and have that well at Largo dos Guimarães, where everything happens in Santa.

Santa Teresa is a historic district, the only one still with trams of Brazil, and at the same time strategic, for being too close to the Centre and South of the city. A great option for those coming to the river. Famous for its winding streets with old houses, museums, wonderful views of the city, and many restaurants and bars. Great places to hang out are: the Park of the ruins, the museu da chácara do céu and the selaron steps. Are all in the same direction and close to each other. 15 minutes walk from the House. On the other hand we have the Museum House of Benjamin Constant and the Centro Cultural Laurinda Santos Lobo. Are not as lush, but are nice places. 7 minutes walk from the House. For breakfast or a snac, there's a gift shop right next to the House, which has an organic cheese bread and an açai, among other things. The bar do Mineiro, at rua Paschoal Carlos Magno, next to the Church, has a famous feijoada. I love the kassler of Adega do Pimenta, but it's a small restaurant, better go early so you don't have to wait place. And for pizza has the Tribas, that has delivery. There are no banks or ATMs in Santa Teresa, but the shops and restaurants, in your most, accept credit cards. It is next to the police station. Has security cameras. Gas and water control are in the garden, thus, if you stay for many days, or some emergency repair is necessary, I will need to have access to the garden, but will always warn you in advance, trying to go in a convenient time. 60 Mbps internet contracted by the provider, but the wifi is usually around 40 Mbps.
