Big, with swimming pool, churraqueira, living room, dining room, kitchen .3 suites inside the House and one in the back room, large yard, fits 5 car garage. 200 m from the sea, which has beautiful view, with extensive sea bikelane and kiosks

Location in Solemar, Praia Grande

Located in a neighborhood in Quad format, which has streets named after flowers, with few residents, the beach has extensive range of compact sand. On the edge, Boardwalk with coconut trees, bicycle paths and manicured gardens. Is a favorite of cyclists or people who just want to enjoy a contemplative rest.
