The cottage

We rented to small and large groups for: wedding, holidays, summer events and religious retreats. Wooded site with more than 2500 m ² of area, with a 03 01 suite bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, large living room with TV (cable and satellite) and big veranda and 02 houses accommodation with bathrooms more clothing, all alongside a beautiful Creek tributary of the Superb due to which the site received your name, Place Berro D ´ water, by being able to listen to the constant sound of running water from the cozy even from anywhere on the site. Possess great tile swimming pool, kitchen and bathroom in the yard, barbecue, playgroud with House and wooden toys, lounge with space ideal for parties, events or religious cult of retreats, lawn football/volleyball field, garage and in the Creek: waterfall, second pool and shower. The amounts disclosed are related to Days of weekend low season (January to October), without being holiday for groups with up to 20 people (optional power supply not included): -1 Day (daily 8:00 the 18:00 h): R $800.00 (equivalent to R $40.00 per person per day) -2 Days (Sat. the 8:00 the Gift. the 18:00 h): R $1,400.00 (equivalent to R $35.00 per person per day) Limited time offer (Can be canceled without notice): Friday free-book a weekend win the entrance on Friday for free. -2.5 Days (Fri the 5:00 pm Sun the 18:00 h): R $1,400.00 (equivalent to R $28.00 per person per day) We refer to different amounts of people. We serve up to 350 people. Guidelines for rent: -The values above are the minimum values for the lease of the site exclusively, only from space, no power. Groups with less than 20 people (i.e. from 2 to 20 people) pay that same minimum value. -To determine the value for larger groups (we serve up to 350 guests) or for high season and long holidays (these have a minimum number of days closed for reservation), please get in touch by phone. -We do not rent without prior scheduled visitation and leasing contract with at least 1 week in advance. -The site is not open to the public to arrive without a reservation and pay input to come and spend the day or use the pool. -The rent of the Place is unique to your group. Don't own chales for individualized different groups in the same space. -We offer optional additional services such as: barbecue, waiters, meals, recreation, transportation, buffet, tables and chairs and decorations for the party. Come spend a weekend or a season in a beautiful part natural serrano closer to you, only 77 km (1:15 h) of Rio de Janeiro, next to the historic and commercial centre of Guapimirim (5 km in 8 min) and Teresópolis (15 Km in 15 min). Enjoy to relax and exercise in a walk of 1.2 km (3 min) to the Serra dos Órgãos National Park, at the foot of the peak of the finger of God, the main landmark of the region, with 1,680 meters high, and know your Museum and ecotourism : streams, waterfalls, trails, climbing and many other attractions. The location is perfect for activities such as mountain biking, biking, rappelling, rock climbing and trekking. Among the most popular routes are the ones that lead to falls from the Veil of the bride (accessible by trail of Concord) and slide (the barrier). The trail starts at the mansion of the barrier, historic building which houses the visitor centre, heading Well green to take a refreshing bath in the waterfall. Then visit the chapel of Nossa Senhora da Conceição, built in the 18 century in Baroque style. Is outside the Park, however, which has the best view of the Finger of God, in the Superb Belvedere, on Highway BR-116, where you can enjoy the "sculpture" natural throughout your fullness.
