House Rules

Adornatas beds with sheets and pillows and duvets. We provide towels and face an each person to stay whole. 220 volt power. Proibito play ball in the House. Full kitchen, with utensils, plates, glasses etc ect. Gas stove with oven. Sink with electric faucet. Our is a family home, and always well, keep it clean and airy. We have covered. You have the available WiFi internet (optical fibre). Important: don't accept people more than the House accommodates (08). Please respect timetables check-in and check-out. After 22:00 hours I ask guests to respect the silence, keep the volume of voices, stereos and TV in Nice level during the entire stay. Check in from 14:00 the 23:00 hours/Check out the 11:00 o'clock in the morning.

My space is near the Park Beto Carrero World 500 meters. 50 metres from the beach of Armacao. My House is good for couples and families (with children), my house and cozy and spacious, airy, very close to bakery, grocery and drug store. 35 Km from Colombo '-65 Km of Blumenau (Oktoberfest). Near beach good for surfing. House with 2 Bathrooms with showers. Ice cream shop near home 150 metres. Full kitchen. Check in from 14:00 the 23:00 hours/Check out the 11:00 o'clock in the morning.
