The apartment

Apartment very well located on the beach of pitangueiras (Centre), a block from the sea. With the bakery, supermarket, banks, pharmacies, and shopping very close to the building. Property fully renovated with porcelain tile. 3 bedrooms: a suite with queen bed, air conditioning and digital closet, a room with a bunk bed and a single bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, and computer table, a room with bunk bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and desk. Two-room with TV, 2 sofa bed, dining table with 6 chairs, fan. Full kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, built-in cabinets with tableware cutlery and pans. Wide service area with washing machine. Two parking spaces covered. Games room. Beach service. Ordinance 12:00 am. WiFi in the recreational area of the condo.

Location in Barra Funda, Guarujá

Great location 100 m from the sea. Close to Shopping, Cinemas, La Plage, Mc Donalds, bars, restaurants, banks, Pharmacies, supermarket. One block from the best bakery in the town (the King of wheat). Don't need a car.

Final de semana muito agradável Apartamento muito agradável, novo e limpo. Funcionarios do edifício prestativos e educados. A anfitriã muito simpática e correta, sem falar no bolo de boas vindas que me surpreendeu pelo gesto e pelo sabor tbm. Uma delicia.
