The house
Is in gated community on the outskirts of Itaipava the 5 minutes of Itaipava Castle. It's very cozy: fireplace, dvd, TV and a kitchen to prepare delicious smoothies. Good for romantic weekends and school holidays. Is a Valley, with birds and infrastructure for rest and recreation. The view of the mountains is beautiful and friendly neighbors. Ideal for families with children above 10 years and for couples seeking quiet and relaxation. Weekly and monthly special values.
The House has two suites (top floor) with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room with a complete bathroom (lower level). The daily values are for 4 people, for each extra guest (fourth and fifth), and children over 5 years will be charged R $40.00 per guest per day. The check-in times at 2:00 pm and check out at 10:00. Parking, garage for two cars next to and in front of the House. Visitor parking is available at the club but the walk takes 10 min and 2 min by car, and slope.
The two suites have 2 double beds and sofa bed is also double. There's no wi-fi in the House, there is internet only at the Club. There is no need to pay extra to use the Club's facilities, except for events and barbecue. The collateral is U $250.00. What to take
There is no need to carry water for consumption. The water comes from a spring condominium where the Administration recommends that you use only for cooking and bathing.
