In the suite, we have a Split air conditioning of 12,000 btus mark Springer, a ceiling fan and a 32-inch of SmartTV, connected to the Internet, a wardrobe with plenty of space for clothes and shoes, a Queen bed with a semi-new Ortobom Premium mattress , where comfortably accommodate two people. In the suite have a small balcony with a direct view to the sea. ======================================================================== The other room has a ceiling fan and a 32-inch Leg of SmartTV, connected to the Internet, also with more than 10 channels open via UHF antenna. In this room we have another Queen bed, also with a semi-new mattress Ortobom Premium and two bicamas that together form another double bed, accommodating 4 people comfortably, or two couples. A huge closet with plenty of space and drawers to accommodate shoes under the bicamas, as shown in the photos. ======================================================================== In the kitchen we have a stove Brastemp employee's car with 5 burners, a flush-mounted Hood (Sugar), a washing machine Brastemp Pounder, a clothes dryer, microwave, electric oven, Toaster, sandwich maker, coffee maker, blender and all other accessories. Pressure cooker, Crock large cups, beer, wine, whiskey, dishes, cups, cutlery, mugs, pots all in large quantities. Board and electric iron. All contents of the cabinets, are provided for guests to take knowledge in advance. A Rinnai heater 15 liters of heating of bathrooms and kitchen. The dishwasher this burned and not available to guests. ======================================================================== Dining room with bar that connects with the kitchen, to the Cook to take part in the meeting with friends. Dining room with table that seats up to 10 people. In the TV room, a sofa that opens up 1.80 mts retractable turning almost a bed. WE CANNOT ALLOW THEM TO SLEEP ON THE COUCH. A 60 inch Samsung NEW SmartTV, acquired in March 2017, connected to the Internet, with access to Netflix, Youtube etc.. HD signal for more than 10 local channels and an aerial SKY prepaid, available to recharge in the FLEX digital package. The charges may be made by the guest for a minimum period of 15 days if desired, up to 100 channels (SportTV, Fox, NetGeo, GloboNews, etc. ..). ======================================================================== The fit accommodates a maximum of 8 people including children regardless of age. The capacity control of the units is also controlled by the condo. Is provided a network for use on the balcony of the room. ======================================================================== Check-in is made from the 12:00 to the 18:00. Check out the 09:00 the 12:00 hs. We do not check-in or check-out before 09:00 and after the 18:00 hs. Pets of any size, and smokers are NOT ACCEPTED at the FIT.
