DESCRIPTION: SUPERIOR Floor: Has 1 Suite 1 Queen bed with America and with comfortable outfit, split air-conditioning, LED TV with Cable Tv, has a mezzanine to accommodate 1 child, closet and bathroom with electric shower and hair dryer, and balcony has a table and 4 chairs and a beautiful sea view; and on the ground floor: a kitchen countertop type American's, living room with 32 ' LED TV and Cable Tv, split air conditioner in the living room, with a sofa double bed, puf that turns into a comfortable mattress and much more. On the ground floor have a balcony hammock, and next to a shower. The cottage is fully furnished and equipped with the best for your convenience and comfort: we have fridge with freezer, microwave, stove and Tramontina Cookware kit suggar, pressure cooker, Blender, coffee maker, Toaster, iron and more. We accommodate comfortably up to 6 people, with 3 adults and 3 children. A beautiful chalet, completely reformed, in a condo with leisure area with a large swimming pool with view of the beach of Peroba, foot in the sand, multi-purpose sports courts, game room among others. We have 1 car garage inside the condo and more 2 or more vacancies in the parking lot next to the condo.
