The house

Our House was built in a gazebo overlooking the beautiful Bay of Paraty. The House is super nova, built one year, possess 2 rooms and large balcony, kitchen, living room and dining area and balcony. Each was built on an area of 1400 m2.

House Rules

Save the above as if it were your property, as well as the furniture, decorative items and utensils, under penalty of termination of contract and compensation for any damage caused. Undertakes to keep still in the same conditions all the electrical and hydraulic performing all necessary repairs and of any nature, caused by incorrect use during the term of lease. The objects damaged during the rental shall be replaced by the guest by others of equal value or origin. The host or someone of your trust, will receive the guest at the time of your arrival, showing you the property and its major furniture, utensils and decorative items. At the time of departure should check out jointly the same goods.  The host, or to whom this can inspect the property indicate leased, when convenient, as well as authorizes access to the property for any repairs needed. Resonsabilizamos us not for any lack of electricity and water supply caused by shortages in the city. We have a box of 1000 ml of water and a 3500 ml tank to supply the House.

Location in Várzea Do Corumbê, Paraty

The House is in a rural area/seaside gazebo, surrounded by the Atlantic forest, and close to waterfalls and some beaches. We are 4 km from the historic center of Paraty.
