To use the Club CTC is required the payment of a fee of R $30.00 per person per day.
Child up to 6 years do not pay the fee.

Full kitchen, two balconies, safety net, overlooking the swimming pools.
Child until 5 years doesn't count in the apartment.
We do not offer bedding, desk, shower, room service and meal.

The daily rate begins at noon and ends at noon.
To make your booking deposit 50% cash value and hit the rest upon arrival in real estate that is next to the reception. If you arrive after 6 pm the remainder must be deposited 2 days prior to arrival to leave the key at the reception with the authorization. After making the deposit send the voucher by email to confirm the deposit and we will send the confirmation.
Cancellation of booking must be made in advance of 8 days otherwise will be charged 30% of the deposited amount.
NOTE: persons under cannot be hosted without accompaniment of the parents or with the authorization of the Court of minors.
It is allowed to put an additional in apartment paying a fee of R $40.00 a day at the reception.
Pets are not allowed.
Each apartment has a parking space and the extra car for R $20.00 for daily at the reception (if any spot available).
The Club has 11 natural hot water pools, 01 cold pool, waterslide, adult and child slide, saunas, hot tub, "Gambling Hall, sports court, Aqua aerobics in the pool, bingo, live seresta, panoramic restaurant, biju, Salon of beauty, massage and gym.
