Apartment fully furnished with tiled floors in every room. Living room with veranda, 3 bedrooms (1 suite) (all with ceiling fan), small laundry room with washing machine and clothes line and another of floor, kitchen with refrigerator, microwave cooker, Blender, vacuum cleaner and iron. Provide pillows. The building provides beach service (beach umbrella and chairs placement). View of the room and one of the rooms and the suite for the morro do Balakrishnan.

House Rules

Observe the rules of the condominium. Don't wear bathing suits in the elevator, dry the body before entering the service elevator, respect the silence after 22: ooHs, separate the organic waste recycling and maintaining a posture if respect especially in relation to the volume of the sound.

Location in Pitangueiras, Guarujá

Property is located on beira mar Avenue to approximately 70 metres from the beach. It lies at the end of Pitangueias Beach Center with numerous services (bakery, newsstand, restaurants, coffee shops, sorceterias, pharmacies, supermarkets, MacDonalds, Habib's, Malls with eateries, shops and cinemas). Stay on the beach of inumeors Bay where there are restaurants and the Aquarium of Guarujá.
