Beautiful private apartment in one of the most charming condos of Pipa. Apartment very well furnished, with 2 rooms with air conditioning, living room, kitchen, terrace and solarium with Jacuzzi. It accommodates up to 6 people (4 people in beds and 2 people on mattresses). Come enjoy all the charms of this magical Beach called Pipa.

Observations

House Rules

It is not allowed in any loud sound schedule. Remembering that the site receives many people who are willing to relax and rest. Not that you can't hear a sound, but not enough to disturb the House next door. If this violation occurs, a fine will be applied to the unit by the condominium and this will be passed on to the person in charge of the reserve. Because on arrival he is informed of the rules. -Other people will not be allowed in the reserved unit which are not registered guests. -On arrival you will find the clean unit, with 1 set of sheets per bed and 1 bath towel per person. The permanence of the cleaning unit is made every 3 days with trading of bed and bath linen (courtesy). Or every 2 days no exchanges, however, if the guest wishes to any exchange of bedding or bath (extra) during your stay, a small fee will be charged to part (because this service is outsourced). -Cleaning and personal hygiene Products is the responsibility of the guest.
