The apartment

The apartment is private and accommodates up to 6 people (beds and mattresses 2:00 pm 4:00 pm). Has a kitchen with all the utensils, air conditioned rooms, living room, terrace and solarium with Jacuzzi. In the lease of the House you will find the clean unit, with 1 set of sheets per bed and 1 bath towel per person. You can also make free use of some services of the Resort as: Wi-Fi in social areas, parking and 24 hours security. Will still have access to two spacious swimming pools, each with a children's area, deck area with lounge chairs and tables. * OPTIONAL SERVICES OFFERED BY THE RESORT WILL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUESTS, LIKE BREAKFAST, MEALS, MASSAGES, BIKE RENTAL, DRINKS AND BEVERAGES IN GENERAL.

House Rules

It is not allowed in any loud sound schedule. Remembering that the site receives many people who are willing to relax and rest. Not that you can't hear a sound, but not enough to disturb the House next door. If this violation occurs, a fine will be applied to the unit by the condominium and this will be passed on to the person in charge of the reserve. Because on arrival he is informed of the rules. -Other people will not be allowed in the reserved unit which are not registered guests. -On arrival you will find the clean unit, with 1 set of sheets per bed and 1 bath towel per person. The permanence of the cleaning unit is made every 2 days. However, if the guest wishes to any exchange of bedding or bath during your stay, a small fee will be charged to part (because this service is outsourced). -Cleaning and personal hygiene Products is the responsibility of the guest.
