The cottage

Magnificent Villa in Coriscão, near the waterfalls of the slab and Swallows. Stunning views of the Bay of Paraty, 10 km from the historic city centre. The site has two houses: the first with 200 m 2 and 3 bedrooms (1 suite) and a mezzanine fourth reversible; the second a chalet of 45 m 2 with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, balcony. Guests can choose to rent all the space or one of the houses. In addition to the houses, our guests have access to all common areas of the site: playground for children, fruit trees, organic vegetable garden, pool, shower and very green. The lease includes the supply of bed linen. Does not include breakfast or room service. If they wish, can nominate a candidate for kitchen/storage service at a cost of R $180.00 per day.

Location in Coriscão, Paraty

The tranquillity of country life and the proximity of the urban center-this is the Coriscão district, a region of farms and ranches to just 10 km from the Centre of Paraty and 8 km from the City entrance clover. Guests can enjoy the birdsong in the morning, the starry sky at night and all the comforts of life in the country. To cool off, two natural pools around 600 m away, the well of the slab and the well of the swallows, the biggest attractions in the neighborhood.
