House with 3 bedrooms all with ceiling fans, and 2 rooms with doors to balcony funds, .2 cabinets bathrooms, living room with table, drink bar, ceiling fan, cable tv, wifi. Full kitchen with microwave, fridge, cooker 5 burners (new) and household items. Laundry area. The residence has a swimming pool, barbecue, garden and wooded places for cars. Year-end packages, holidays, new years and carnaval consult fare with it.

House Rules

Entering and exiting the 12 hours with some exceptions to match it. In the delivery of the keys (for the guest) is responsible for the mandatory lease contract signature of days rented and photocopy of the personal data and proof of residence. Bed and bath linen are not provided for guests that are by car.

Location in Manguinhos, Búzios

Residencia well located 5 minutes from the beach of Manguinhos and Geribá Beach, 5 restaurants, pizzerias and trade next has the option to go walking. Quick access to the Rua das Pedras.
