THE HOTEL
Yacht Village is a residential condominium comfort situated 80 metres from Ponta Negra beach. Is located in the noble area of Natal, near the best restaurant, bars, pharmacies, supermarkets, bakery, taxi and bus.
Has an environment with greater security, through cameras monitored 24 hours a day and security guards, the recreation area with a large swimming pool with relax/solarium and a gym for a better comfort.

THE FLAT
Each apartment has a living room with sofa bed for 2 people with cable tv and wifi internet access, and a bedroom with double bed with air conditioning, safe, bed linen and towels, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (furnished) which allows you to cook at home.
Each apartment offers a wonderful balcony, overlooking the beach and Morro do Careca.
Also including a car garage per apartment. Each apartment allows for 2 to 4 people.

Excelente!
Apartamento con todas las comodidades. Limpio y muy agradable co vista parcial al Mar. Andresa (la propietaria) es excelente y muy atenta. Nos olvidamos unas llaves en su apartamento y ella se las acercó a unos amigos nuestros q estaban alojados en otro punto de la ciudad. La verdad un gesto impecable que ha tenido con mi familia. Recomiendo alojarse alli. Condominio seguro y silencioso.
