The apartment

New apartment, located on Manaíra Beach, a few metres from the sea and restaurants, bakeries, banks, taxi and bus. Has apartments and comfortably seats 6 people. The apartment has two bedrooms, and 1 suite, social bathroom, living and dining room, balcony, kitchen. Furnished with furniture and fixtures that guarantee a cozy lodging. One of the rooms is a suite with double bed and the other bedroom with two single beds. Both with air conditioning. In the living room, we have a sofa bed for two people and fan. In this way, the apartment carries six people comfortably. The apartment has a car garage. The kitchen has tools for the preparation of snacks and simple (pots, pans, pot, draining, Blender, microwave, cooktop stove without oven, dishes, cutlery, etc.). About the building: The newly-built building, has a swimming pool on the rooftop with panoramic views to the sea, two elevators, seven apartments per floor (only 5 floors) and cover. 24-hour concierge. Rates The value of the lease are already included water, gas, internet, cable tv, condominium, with the exception of energy expenditure. Power consumption is measured at check-in and check-out. The rate consumed is multiplied by R $0.80 (kWh). Check-in and check-out Daily rates start at 15:00 hours and will close at 11:00 hours. The survey of key must be held until 30 minutes prior to check-out. We must respect these times to ensure adequate cleaning of the apartment for the next guests. Make yourself at home and take care of her with love as if it were your! We wish you all a great stay in this home. We value courtesy and education, following the rules of coexistence. Some important notes: ? No smoking inside the apartment, not even in restrooms or balcony; ? Pets are not allowed; ? Do not drag the furniture (not to scratch the floor); ? Caring for furniture, appliances, electronics, decorative items, etc.; ? Don't make noise in hours of rest, as before or after 8:00 at 10:00 pm; ? Keep access doors to the building closed always; ? The pool of the building is a common area and should be used only for residents and guests. Please respect the timetables of Habitat use. ? Daily rates start at 15:00 hours and will close at 11:00 hours.

Excellent location. Beginning of Manaíra Beach, next to Hotel Tambaú. It is situated in one of the main beaches of the city, next to Tambaú Beach and a few metres from the beach of Cabo Branco. The region has many tourist attractions (handicraft market tambáu, craft market, hotel tambaú, picaozinho, etc.), and various services: bike lane, banks, bakeries, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, crafts, markets, receptive, in addition to great output options for bars, restaurants and night clubs

Imóvel excelente, mas com necessidade de maior ate Kalyne é uma pessoa muito atenciosa,mas o imóvel precisa de restruturação: muitas baratas, panela furada, falta de higienização adequada, travesseiros sujos e velhos, apenas 1 toalha e lençol por pessoa para uma semana inteira de qualidade inferior com apartamento sem máquina de lavar, camas antigas e quebradas, móveis tb avariados. Pontos positivos: excelente prédio, ótima localização área de lazer maravilhosa.
