The house

Newly built house in high standard with 500 m2 of covered area, well aired and illuminated by its many Windows and glass towers. With unique architectural design focuses on sensation of amplitude integrating modernity and nature, with its gardens, water mirrors and mezzanines. The recreation area has two swimming pools, for adults and children, and two wood decks, one of them covered and integrated with barbecue area. The kitchen features 3 sinks, 2 stoves, 1 duplex refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator-Water Purifier. The laundry has 2 washing machines. On the second floor, the master suite consists of bedroom, balcony, walk-in wardrobe and two bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi; 2 suite consists of bedroom, bathroom, walk-in closet and attached room; 3 suite, air conditioning, covered veranda with hammocks and Sun terrace. On the ground floor, 4 suite (accessible) has individual balcony with hammock. Covered garage for 2 cars. The House offers 3 flat screen TVs with subscription service. For added peace of mind of the user, the House is equipped with a water tank of 6000 liters. But beyond the technical description above, perhaps the greatest memory for those who spend a few days here hosted is the breeze and the sound of the sea waves of Paripueira.

Location in Centro, Paripueira

House in best Paripueira, condominium to 100 metres from the beach, with two sentry boxes, night surveillance and extensive recreation area: swimming pool, tennis court, soccer field, spacious and wooded in the midst of two creeks that cut; ideal for hiking. Located opposite the famous natural pools of Paripueira, easy access walking (at low tide) or by boat tours offered on the edge of the city. The 150 metres from the Sea and co Restaurant, reference in tourism on the northern coast.
