UNTIL the 10 HS -BED LINEN AND BATH ARE CONSIDERED TO BE FOR PERSONAL USE AND HAVE TO BE CARRIED OUT BY THE TENANT. I don't want to take your clothes of bed and bath, we can facilitate them, and in this case you will have to pay the washed clothes worth 40 $ per kit per person each time they requested. -PETS NOT ACCEPTED. -SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE BUILDING.

Our House is located within a gated community to 70 MTS. from the sea in the charming Bay of João Fernandes, paradisiacal site, with transparent and calm waters, ideal for snorkeling and diving with an abundant fauna marina. The beach has service of kayaking, banana boat, water taxi, boat rides, and a large number of beach restaurants of excellent quality. On foot, you can get the beaches of Bones, Azeda and Azedinha, and Orla Bardot to Rua das Pedras (tourist, commercial and gastronomic Center of the peninsula of Búzios).

Linda casa y buena ubicación Todo tal cual la publicación, solo comentar que se encuentra en un lugar elevado por lo que un vehículo es recomendable.   Reply from Esteban ME ALEGRO QUE GUSTARON DE NUESTRA CASA Y DE ÉSTE MARAVILLOSO LUGAR LUIS... ESPERAMOS QUE REGRESE EN OTRAS VACACIONES. AL RESPECTO DE SU COMENTÁRIO, TENGA EN CONSIDERACIÓN QUE EN TODAS LAS FOTOS QUE COLOCAMOS EN EL ANUNCIO, SE MUESTRA LA VISTA ELEVADA POR SOBRE LAS OTRAS CASAS QUE TIENE EL INMUEBLE. POR ESO EL USO DE UN AUTO SERÍA UNA OPCIÓN PARA PERSONAS QUE TENGAN ALGÚN TIPO DE MOBILIDAD REDUCIDA, PUES SOLO EXISTEN 70 METROS ENTRE NUESTRO BARRIO PRIVADO Y LA ARENA DE LA PLAYA.
