The apartment

We have 3 rooms. of 2 bedrooms for rent of season and weekends, and we also have 2 kitnets to 6 or 8 people. All listings are at Avenida Flacides Ferreira (Central Ave.) of Balneário Gaivota-side Beach in Itanhaém, 800 metres from the sea. Have fully equipped kitchen, tv, ceiling fan and car parking. Located on the first floor, all with exclusive access by stairs. Mixed-use building (the ground floor is commercial and residential upper floors). In addition to running water from Sabesp, our properties have well semi-artesiano that in case of lack of water is driven by electric pump, IE: Here you do not run out of water. Totally independent balconies and come with a complete infrastructure.

House Rules

Maximum number of occupants must be obeyed, if not there will be additional charge per person. We do not charge extra fees, however if the apartment is returned dirty will be no cleaning fee will be charged. We do not allow animals, but we can consider depending on the port.

Located in the avenue that concentrates all trade of Balneário Gaivota, our apartments come with varied and diverse trade in the vicinity, you can do everything on foot: markets, bakeries, ice cream parlors, restaurants, pharmacies, beach. The beach of Balneário Gaivota is always with the green flag of Cetesb what attests to the sea bathing himself. On the edge of the beach, bike path, bicycle rentals has type trains, and kiosks for all preferences, surf to the sertanejo style, the pagoda to rock. It also has handicraft market, health, exercise equipment, square 24 hours Bank, lottery, all less than 500 metres from the apartment.
