The house

House wide, well aired, near the beach (350 m), parking for cars 04, with all the kitchenware and barbecue, freezer, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, TV, fans in all environments. Next to a small trade, bakery, grocery store, pharmacy. Close to the Centre of San Sebastian, 10 minutes by car and near the beach of Maresias, 20 minutes. For the beds: In Suite, Queen bed, solid wood, 33, and density mattress again. In another room, are triliches 03, solid wood, New mattresses, density 33. IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO PUT MATTRESSES ON THE FLOOR. IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO EXCEED THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE AS AGREED IN THE LEASE. There is no Internet Available For deposit: R $500.00 along with the remaining 50% of the payment. (DEPOSIT) Guests are welcomed by the owner, performing the check in along with the person responsible for hiring.

Estadia no ano novo A casa é confortavel, espaçosa e novinha, exatamente comos nas fotos e na descrição e a Elzira foi super atenciosa e nos recepcionou muito bem. A casa fica perto da praia, que é bem familiar e tranquila. Fui para la no ano novo e o unico problema que tive foi que acabou a agua e ficamos sem até o dia de ir embora, pois parou de chegar água da rua e não tivemos uma solução rapida por parte da Sabesp.   Reply from Elzira Infelizmente ocorreu a falta de água , houve um problema na rede de distribuição de água para os imóveis da rua e a SABESP não solucionou , mesmo após várias reclamações. Que bom que vocês gostaram de estarem na casa , esperamos que numa outra oportunidade nenhum transtorno ocorra, prejudicando a estadia de vocês ; ficamos muito chateados 😥
